Recovery refers to the many factors which influence psychophysiological regeneration, restoring and developing performance capacity.

Recovery cycles take place from event to event and depend on both latent and short-term stressors on the player - on and off the field.

Players who do not recover effectively are more likely to incur injury/illness while under otherwise normal loadings

The Recovery Query

Quanter automatically collects Recovery data every morning and analyses the information using Quanter’s classification algorithm to establish each player’s daily Readiness to train and perform.
After a 2-3 week learning period, it takes players less than 45 seconds on average to complete the 11-Step Recovery Query, the longest of all of Quanter’s notifications.

Perceived impact on availability to train and compete:

Resting Pain symptoms - categorical scale

Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI) symptoms - categorical scale (e.g. sore throat, runny nose, coughing)
